"Getting my Invisalign was such an easy process. I asked about it at my son's appointment. They had an opening so they took me right back and did a consultation and xrays. My options were then presented to me. 2-3 weeks later my trays were in. It took about 45 minutes to add "brackets" to my teeth, fit my invisalign, show me how to put them in and take them out, and how to take my weekly scans with my phone. They were very thorough and went over how everything works and told me about everything they were giving me. Dr. Martin and his staff have been so nice, informative and very gracious to work with!"

"I am so excited to begin my Invisalign journey with Martin Orthodontics! From start to finish of getting my trays, the process has been incredibly easy and stress-free. Getting fitted was quick, and when I came back four weeks later to receive my aligners, the appointment took very little time.The staff was amazingly accommodating when I brought my baby with me — they were flexible, patient, and allowed me breaks to make sure his needs were met, all while still providing top-notch care. I also love the app they use for virtual scans, which lets me check in from the comfort of my home while still receiving prompt feedback from the office. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience so far!"

"Very friendly, very accommodating, did a great job on my son’s top braces! Wasn’t as expensive as I thought it was going to be & had got quoted other places. They did the tops so he could adjust then we go back to get the bottoms in January. He said it was initially a scary experience but when he got in the chair he said he was immediately comforted by the lady & made him laugh a lot. Also Dr. Martin came over there & Jae liked him. Also at the end they sat down with us & explained everything so clearly to him. 10/10 recommended 💕 thank you guys for trying to help my son take pride in his teeth. & thank you for your kindness!!"

"I have loved sending my daughter to Martin Orthodontics. They are very upfront about cost and also very flexible with ending the plan if you can’t pay. Obviously this would mean the braces come off, but they did what they could to help with a game plan for success once the braces would come off early. We didn’t end up needing them off early but I was impressed and happy with their willingness to help us figure it all out."

"So easy to work with. Fast appointments- in & out. Close to North & Northside. Sometimes difficult to get in to the Columbus office, but it always works out. Both doctors & the staff are genuinely friendly & kind. Office is clean & staff seems to makes hygiene a priority.After an initial round of Invisalign in 2019, my teeth shifted back despite wearing retainers. Dr. Martin immediately set me up to revise things and get them straightened back out. Just got my braces off in 2023 & everything is great again. I’m so pleased with the treatment that both my kiddos are in braces at Martin Orthodontics, too."

"I had my braces for 2 years and everything went smoothly! I recently went to the dentist and I was told I had some very straight teeth, and I’ve had my braces off for almost 2 years now! So I think that says enough about how good of a job they did! The staff here are very kind, I’ve never had any issues. There was only this one time the staff sort of forgot I was still there for an appointment, and I had to wait a good amount of time, but all was good! Overall, I definitely recommend this orthodontist! They were very helpful with offering a payment plan when I first got there 4 years ago, and made sure to let me know all the necessary info about my treatment back then :]"
