"My daughter had tooth extraction appointment on Monday and she needed to take her wire off on same day before extraction. They made special exception for us and let us come to Franklin location even they were closed that day. I was really amazed and thankful for that. It also helped us a lot because of her school time and we did not have to make trip to their other location.Also one time they accidentally overcharged us. We did not even know about it but they noticed it themselves and gave us the credit back before we called them or asked anything. Nowadays you don’t see this often. Usually you have to notice yourself and call to get your money back. I really appreciate that they were honest and took care of it without us even asking.We are very happy with them and really appreciate all the staff and how they take care of their patients."
"The consultation was thorough, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! I'm an adult that had braces 30 years and just desire some slight cosmetic adjustments. Dr. Martin listened to why I was seeking orthodontic treatment and didn't try to con me out of several thousands of dollars. They provided affordable options for treatment that I didn't receive during a consultation with the "popular" orthodontic office in town. "So happy I chose Dr. Martin for our sons braces. The level of care, attention and detail that goes into their client experience is unmatched. My son had ortho work done at another local office and to say the experience was unprofessional, ineffective and overall poor would be an understatement. "We had a wonderful experience at Dr. Martin’s Office. My son KREW is starting Invisalign, and the entire process from the initial examination to discussing the treatment plan was easy to understand and very well explained. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient, making us feel comfortable every step of the way.We chose Invisalign because of my son’s busy basketball schedule. Since he plays year-round, we felt Invisalign was a safer option for the surrounding soft tissues in his mouth while playing sports. Unlike traditional braces, there is less risk of brackets and wires causing injuries to his lips and cheeks if he gets bumped during a game.Dr. Martin took the time to answer our questions and made sure we understood what to expect throughout treatment. The office is professional, organized, and truly cares about their patients. We are excited to begin my son’s Invisalign journey here and highly recommend Dr. Martin’s office to anyone looking for orthodontic care! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"We had a great experience. Daughter 9 needed braces and has had lots of dental trauma. They were very kind and made her feel at ease. My only struggle is they are busy, so can be hard sometimes to get timings and days needed. However this also speaks to how good they are."

"I have loved sending my daughter to Martin Orthodontics. They are very upfront about cost and also very flexible with ending the plan if you can’t pay. Obviously this would mean the braces come off, but they did what they could to help with a game plan for success once the braces would come off early. We didn’t end up needing them off early but I was impressed and happy with their willingness to help us figure it all out."
